We're committed to getting your Kiwibit products to you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@kiwibit.com within 5 hours of placing the order — we may be able to cancel it before it is processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly.
However, you may still return the item after delivery by following our Return & Refund policy:

  • The item must be shipped back to our designated return address
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund accordingly

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We partner with a range of trusted carriers—including Amazon Logistics, FedEx, UPS, and others—to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

  • United States: Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days
  • Canada: Standard delivery time is 5–8 business days
    (Delivery may take longer for remote or rural areas.)

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD (before tax) for both the United States and Canada.

  • Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 days of shipment, or you suspect your package may be lost:

  1. Please contact us at support@kiwibit.com
  2. We’ll investigate the issue and assist with a replacement or refund if necessary

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
