Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@kiwibit.com within 5 hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We use Amazon Logistics to fulfill and deliver your orders — ensuring fast, reliable service.

Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax)

Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee (calculated at checkout)

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of shipment, or you suspect your package may be lost:

  1. Please contact us at support@kiwibit.com
  2. We’ll investigate the issue and assist with a replacement or refund if necessary

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
