Refund policy

At Kiwibit, we’re committed to making sure you love every part of your experience with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do everything we can to fix it — quickly and clearly.

How to Return Your Order

We offer a 60-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To request a return, email us at support@kiwibit.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The name and email used to place the order

  • The product(s) you’d like to return

  • Your reason for the return

  • (Optional) Photos or video if there’s a product issue

Our team will review your request and reply with step-by-step return instructions. Depending on your location, you may be asked to drop the package off at a local post office or schedule a courier pickup.

💡 Return eligibility: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.


Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • For returns caused by product defects or quality issues, Kiwibit covers all return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to personal preference (no quality issues), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


When Will I Be Refunded?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We currently do not offer refunds to gift cards.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or missing parts:

  1. Contact us at support@kiwibit.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue

  3. Include photo or video proof of damage or missing components

We'll replace the item or send missing parts free of charge, and cover all related shipping costs. Be sure to keep all original packaging for return processing.


1-Year Warranty

All Kiwibit products come with a 1-year limited warranty. If you experience any issues during normal use, our team is here to help.

What Can’t Be Returned?

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used items or items without original packaging

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Any return requested more than 60 days after delivery


Canceling Your Order

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@kiwibit.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled — but you may still initiate a return once it arrives.
