At Kiwibit, we stand by the quality of our products. All products purchased from our official website or authorized sellers are backed by a limited warranty to ensure your peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

Products purchased from the Kiwibit website or our official Amazon store are covered under the same warranty terms. However, for purchases made on Amazon, the return/exchange window is subject to Amazon’s platform policies.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers quality-related defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

For customers who have purchased and registered for an extended warranty, the warranty period is extended to 2 years.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Internal electronic component failure under normal usage

Replacement parts for verified issues

Shipping and replacement costs (U.S. only)

What’s Not Covered

Products without valid proof of purchase

Lost or stolen items

Products outside the warranty period

Non quality-related issues (after 60 days)

Accidental damage, misuse, water exposure, or operating outside of intended usage

Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)

Third-party repairs or modifications

Free products, giveaways, or beta test units

Purchases made from unauthorized sellers or illegitimate sources

Replacement Policy

For valid warranty claims:

We may replace your item with a new or factory-refurbished unit of equal value.

The replacement unit will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product, or receive 90 days of coverage, whichever is longer.

Once a full refund is issued, the warranty for that item is considered void.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To process your claim, please provide:

Valid proof of purchase, such as:

Serial number (if available)

Clear photo or video proof of the defect

A summary of troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried

We may request the product to be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued.

How to Make a Claim

You can submit your warranty claim through one of the following channels:

You’ll be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your claim is approved. Please do not return any product without an RMA.
