1. Campaign Period

The Early Bird Pre-Order Campaign runs from 12:00 a.m. PDT on August 10 through 11:59 p.m. PDT on September 15. The organizer may amend, suspend, or end the Campaign early where reasonably required.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Employees of the organizer and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.3 Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping in Mid-September and will be fulfilled gradually in the order in which they were placed. The stated shipping schedule is an estimate and is subject to product availability and operational conditions.

3.4 1-Year Extended Warranty

Qualifying Kiwibit Bird Feeder 2 Pro and Kiwibit Bird Feeder 2 Mini orders include a 1-year extended warranty in addition to the standard manufacturer warranty, subject to the organizer's warranty terms.

Promotional perks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed separately. If a qualifying order is canceled or refunded, the associated perks will be forfeited. Gift items may be substituted with items of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Offer 2 — Subscribe & Spin to Win

4.1 Entry and Participation
a. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve a participant's chances of winning.
b. To participate, submit a valid email address through the subscription form during the Campaign Period. Subscription is free.
c. Each valid email address receives one free spin. Limit one entry and one spin per email address. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
d. The spin result will be determined randomly after the participant submits a valid email address.

4.2 Prizes

4.3 Results and Notification
a. The result will be displayed on the Campaign page immediately after the participant completes the spin.
b. The result and applicable coupon code will also be sent to the participant's submitted email address.
c. Unless otherwise stated, awarded coupon codes are valid for one month from the date of issuance.
d. Coupon codes are subject to their stated product, order-value, expiration, and usage restrictions.

4.4 Prize Fulfillment
All prizes will be issued in the form of coupon codes. Participants must use the coupon code received through the Campaign page or email to redeem the applicable prize or discount.
Product-prize redemption coupons may be used only for the corresponding prize product.

The 5% Off Coupon and $20 Off Coupon apply only to eligible Kiwibit Bird Feeder 2 Pro (Lifetime AI Included).

Each coupon code may be used only once and cannot be combined with the Buy 2, Get 10% Off offer or other promotional discounts.
Coupons have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

4.5 Privacy
Email addresses are collected and used in accordance with the organizer's Privacy Policy, including for Campaign administration and, where consent has been provided, marketing emails. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry or awarded prize.

5. General

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry involving fraud, tampering, duplicate participation, or violation of these terms, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign for reasons beyond its reasonable control. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
