How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@kiwibit.com within 5 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’re no longer able to cancel it — but you can still return it once it arrives.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, reach out to us at support@kiwibit.com and we’ll confirm your order for you.

Can I update my shipping address after I’ve placed the order?

We may be able to help if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Email us as soon as possible at support@kiwibit.com.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States only.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–5 business days via Amazon Logistics.

How much does shipping cost and can I choose express or priority shipping??

Orders over $50 (before tax) ship free.
Orders under $50 will be charged a flat $4.99 shipping fee.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping on our website. If you need faster delivery, please visit our Amazon store for Prime and expedited options.

What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of shipping, please contact us at support@kiwibit.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return your product within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

How do I start a return?

Just email us at support@kiwibit.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Name and email used
  • Product(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return
  • (Optional)
    Photo or video if there’s an issue

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to a quality issue, we’ll cover the shipping and provide a prepaid return label
  • If returning for personal reasons, you’ll need to cover return shipping

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

What items can’t be returned?

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Used items or products without original packaging
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • more than 60 days after delivery

Warranty & Support

Do Kiwibit products come with a warranty?

Yes — all Kiwibit products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers non-accidental quality issues and normal product defects, including replacement parts.

Please note: accidental or intentional damage (like drops or water exposure) is not covered.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or with missing parts?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kiwibit.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video of the damage

We’ll send you a replacement or any missing parts free of charge, including shipping.

How can I get help with my product?

You can reach us in two ways:

We aim to respond within 12 hours, and we’ll support you throughout your product’s lifecycle.
