  • No, the encryption keys for cloud storage are not derived from your password. They are securely managed by our system to ensure that only authenticated users can access the videos through the app. No one else, including our team, can access the video content without proper authentication.

    We are also working on implementing end-to-end encryption (E2EE), which will allow you to control the encryption key through an additional password. This feature will ensure that only you can decrypt and access the videos. However, E2EE is not yet available in the current product.

  • No, you don’t need to remove the SD card to view the saved files. You can access the locally stored videos directly through the app. The app establishes an encrypted transmission channel with the camera, enabling secure access to the videos.

    If you prefer, you can remove the SD card and use a computer to view the video files, offering you flexibility in accessing your locally stored videos.
